KIOXIA XG8 széria (M.2)

Az XG8 széria a KIOXIA legújabb 112 rétegű, 3D TLC (cellánkénti 3 bites) flash memóriáját használja. Az 5. generációs BiCS FLASH™ és SLC gyorsítótár funkcióival az XG8 SSD-k akár 7000 MB/s és 5800 MB/s szekvenciális olvasási/írási sebességet, és akár 900 000 random olvasási és 620 000 random írási IOPS-t biztosítanak. Az XG8 széria teljesítményfelvétele aktív üzemmódban legfeljebb 8,1 W, készenléti üzemmódban pedig kevesebb mint 3 mW.
Az új XG8 sorozatot energiaérzékeny mobil PC-khez, teljesítményorientált játék PC-khez optimalizálták.
A kompakt M.2 Type 2280 kivitelben kapható XG8 széria négyféle, 512 GB, 1024 GB, 2048 GB és 4096 GB kapacitású modellel kapható, amelyek mindegyike öntitkosító meghajtó (SED) modellel rendelkezik, és támogatja a TCG Opal Version 2.01-et.
