Con una velocità di lettura fino a 100 MB/s*1, soddisfa la Video Speed Class 30 (V30), una classe di velocità video standard per la registrazione di video 4K.

Oltre a UHS Speed Class 3 (U3), la scheda microSD EXCERIA PLUS G2 è conforme alla Application Performance Class A1, che consente di memorizzare ed eseguire applicazioni Android su schede microSD a livelli confortevoli.
