La serie CD6-V è un'unità SSD NVMe™ a uso misto per data center ottimizzata per supportare un’ampia gamma di applicazioni scale-out e cloud, tra cui big data/IoT, elaborazione delle transazioni online e virtualizzazione. Costruite con un'interfaccia PCIe® Gen4 x4, le unità SSD della serie CD6-V offrono prestazioni costanti fino a 1.000.000 IOPS (lettura casuale) e 250.000 IOPS (scrittura casuale), con un consumo energetico attivo di 13-19 W.

Dotate della memoria TLC BiCS FLASHTM 3D a 96 strati di KIOXIA Corporation, le unità SSD CD6-V offrono 3 DWPD (scrittura su drive al giorno) di resistenza e capacità di archiviazione fino a 12,8 TB in un fattore di forma di 2,5 pollici, rendendole adatte per applicazioni di data center hyperscale.
