Serie CD8-V di KIOXIA (2,5 pollici) è un’unità SSD NVMe™ a uso misto per data center ottimizzata per supportare un’ampia gamma di applicazioni scale-out e cloud, tra cui big data/IoT, elaborazione delle transazioni online e virtualizzazione. Costruite con un’interfaccia PCIe® 4.0 (16 GT/s x4), le unità SSD della serie CD8-V offrono prestazioni costanti fino a 1,250K IOPS (lettura casuale) e 380K IOPS (scrittura casuale).

Con una memoria BiCS FLASH™ 3D TLC a 112 strati di KIOXIA, le unità SSD CD8-V con fattore di forma da 2,5 pollici, offrono una resistenza di 3 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) e capacità di archiviazione fino a 12,8 TB in un fattore da forma di 2,5 pollici, rendendole particolarmente adatte alle applicazioni dei data center hyperscale.
