NVMe™ SSD pour clients

La série XG8 de KIOXIA utilise la toute dernière mémoire flash 3D TLC (3 bits par cellule) à 112 couches de KIOXIA. S’appuyant sur la 5ème génération de BiCS FLASH™ et des fonctionnalités cache SLC, les SSD XG8 atteignent des vitesses de lecture et d’écriture séquentielles allant respectivement jusqu’à 7 000 Mo/s et 5 800 Mo/s et permettent une lecture aléatoire à 900 000 IOPS et une écriture aléatoire à 620 000 IOPS. La consommation électrique de la série XG8 est inférieure ou égale à 8,1 W en mode actif et inférieure à 3 mW en mode veille.

La nouvelle série XG8 a été optimisée pour les PC portables à faible consommation, pour les PC de jeu axés sur la performance ainsi que pour être un environnement de centre de données pour le démarrage de serveurs, le cache et l’enregistrement.

Disponible en facteur de forme compact 2280 type M.2, la série XG8 se compose de quatre modèles aux capacités de 512 Go, 1024 Go, 2048 Go et 4096 Go, chacun avec l’option de modèle Self-Encrypting Drive (SED) compatible avec la version 2.01.TCG Opal
