A Série KIOXIA XG10 utiliza uma interface PCIe® Gen5 x4 e BiCS FLASH™ de geração 8*. As SSD da série XG10 atingem velocidades sequenciais de leitura/escrita de 14.000 MB/s e 12.000 MB/s, respetivamente, e oferecem até 2.000 KIOPS de leitura aleatória e 1.600 KIOPS de escrita aleatória.
A nova série XG10 foi otimizada para notebooks, PCs de secretária e para jogos orientados para o desempenho.
Disponível num formato compacto M.2 Tipo 2280, a série XG10 está disponível em quatro modelos de capacidade de 512 GB, 1,024 GB, 2,048 GB e 4,096 GB, cada um com a opção de um modelo de unidade auto-encriptadora (SED) compatível com TCG Opal Versão 2.02.
