Unidades SSD NVMe™ M.2

La serie BG5 de KIOXIA es una línea de unidades SSD NVMe™ de diseño compacto con capacidades de hasta 1024 GB; esta serie utiliza una interfaz PCIe® 4.0, que cumple la especificación NVMe™ 1.4c, y la memoria Flash de KIOXIA de 112 capas BiCS FLASH™ 3D TLC (3 bits por celda). Con un mayor ancho de banda, una mejor gestión de la memoria Flash y la tecnología Host Memory Buffer (HMB), las unidades SSD de la serie BG5 ofrecen el mejor rendimiento de lectura de su clase para unidades SSD de diseño compacto, con niveles de hasta 3500 MB/s (lectura secuencial) y 500 000 IOPS (lectura aleatoria), y un consumo de energía activo de hasta 4,3 W (típicamente)*.

Las unidades SSD de la serie BG5 de KIOXIA están disponibles en capacidades de 256 GB, 512 GB y 1024 GB en diseños de módulo M.2 Tipo 2230 y Tipo 2280, lo que las hace adecuadas para diseños de sistemas finos y ligeros, como PC ultrafinos, dispositivos incorporados y dispositivos de arranque de servidores en centros de datos. La serie BG5 de KIOXIA también ofrece un modelo con unidad de autocifrado (SED), la cual es compatible con la versión 2.01 de TCG Opal.
