KIOXIA serie CD7-R con diseño E3.S cuenta con unidades SSD de lectura intensiva NVMe™ para centros de datos, optimizada para apoyar un amplio rango de aplicaciones en la nube y de escalamiento horizontal, incluyendo big data, IoT, procesamiento de transacciones online y virtualización. Diseñadas con una tecnología de interfaz PCIe® 5.0 (32 GT/s x4), las unidades SSD de la serie CD7-R con diseño E3.S ofrecen un rendimiento constante de hasta 1 050 000 IOPS (lectura aleatoria) y 180 000 IOPS (escritura aleatoria), con un consumo de energía activo de 13 a 19 W.

Las unidades SSD de la serie CD7-R con diseño E3.S, con memoria TLC BiCS FLASH™ 3D de 96 capas de KIOXIA, proporcionan una resistencia de 1 DWPD (escritura de unidad por día) y una capacidad de almacenamiento de hasta 7,68 TB en un diseño E3.S, lo que las hace adecuadas para aplicaciones de centros de datos a hiperescala.
