Data Center NVMe™ Mixed-use SSD

De KIOXIA CD6-V-serie is een NVMe™ SSD voor gemengd gebruik in datacenters die is geoptimaliseerd om een breed scala aan scale-out- en cloudtoepassingen te ondersteunen, waaronder big data/IoT, online transactieverwerking en virtualisatie. De SSD's uit de CD6-V-serie zijn gebouwd met een PCIe® Gen4 x4-interface en leveren consistente prestaties tot 1M IOPS (willekeurig lezen) en 250K IOPS (willekeurig schrijven), met een actief stroomverbruik van 13-19 W.

De CD6-V SSD's, met het 96-laags BiCS FLASHTM 3D TLC-geheugen van KIOXIA Corporation, leveren 3DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) aan duurzaamheids- en opslagcapaciteiten tot 12,8 TB in een 2.5 inch formaat, waardoor ze zeer geschikt zijn voor toepassingen in datacenters op hyperschaal.
