We at KIOXIA Corporation are informing you of a problem that some Android devices cannot use FlashAir App for Android and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to the users. As we have previously announced, we are working on the update, but it is taking time to update the help display and the function, including multilingual support, due to the termination of some functions. We are currently planning to release the update to the FlashAir App for Android by the end of July.

We apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause.

Until an update to the FlashAir App for Android is released, please use your FlashAir on your Android device through web browser. Please note that some FlashAir App functions (such as “download all” and “select files to download”) are not available through web browser.

The next update to the FlashAir App for Android (version 4.5.1) and later updates will no longer have the following functions.

• Sort by FlashAir SSID
