KIOXIA CD7-R E3.S-vormfactorserie is een leesintensief datacenter NVMe™ SSD dat is geoptimaliseerd voor ondersteuning van een breed scala aan scale-out- en cloudtoepassingen, waaronder big data/IoT, online transactieverwerking en virtualisatie. De SSD's uit de CD7-R E3.S-vormfactorserie, die zijn ontworpen met PCIe® 5.0-interfacetechnologie (32 GT/s x4), leveren consistente prestaties tot 1.050K IOPS (willekeurig lezen) en 180K IOPS (willekeurig schrijven), met een actief stroomverbruik van 13-19 W.

Met KIOXIA 96-laags BiCS FLASH™ 3D TLC-geheugen bieden CD7-R E3.S-formaat SSD's 1 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) aan duurzaamheids- en opslagcapaciteiten tot 7,68 TB in een E3.S-formaat, waardoor ze zeer geschikt zijn voor toepassingen in datacenters op hyperschaal.
